Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fabric/leather changes, are not covered by the warranty.

Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or misuse is not covered. Any modifications or repairs made without our approval will void the warranty.

We are not responsible for any labor costs incurred during the replacement process, but we can provide technical assistance for a nominal fee.

For warranty claim, you may be asked for product photos or videos as per your case for validation purpose before approvals of your replacements or services. If you are not satisfied with the product for subjective reasons, such as personal preferences or discomfort without noticeable defects, it is not covered by the warranty.

Normal wear and tear Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion Cove The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage. In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose.

(for solid wood furniture) Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty.
