Care & Maintenance

Care Instruction:

(a) Always dusting with dry cloth, never use wet or damp cloth to clean sofa.

(b) Furniture should not be moved in assembled condition.

Products should be dismantled and re-assembled in case of shifting/moving around furniture. Do not drag the furniture in assembled condition, this will damage the joints.

(c) To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.

(d) To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint-free cloth.

Dust regularly with a dry soft cloth. Do not leave spills unattended. Product Care & Maintenance:

Clean your wardrobes regularly to keep them looking new.

Use a soft microfibre cloth for cleaning the surface to avoid scratching. Clean the edge and corners of the wardrobe with a cotton swab moistened with water.

Keep a dry cloth along with you to dry the area just after applying water. Never use an abrasive sponge as it may result in scratches on the surface.

Prevent moisture to remain on your surfaces. Wipe it dry immediately to avoid damage. For sticky dirt, it is better to use a mild household cleaning agent.

Do not stand on shelves or place heavy objects as this may cause them to break. Do not close or open the wardrobe doors with force to avoid breaking and damage.

Sharp objects can cut right through the surface of the wood, leaving behind unsightly scratches and gouges.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period.

Covered in Warranty: Warranty of the product is limited to manufacturing defects only.)

Not Covered in Warranty:

The warranty does not cover -

(a) Damage due to inappropriate handling or usage

(b) Any modifications or alterations made to the product post-purchase

(c) Any damage to the fabric and foam deformations

(d) Scratches, Dents, Normal wear and tear with time

(e) Any violation in care instructions. Service Type:

(a)Product will be replaced only in the condition that it has non repairable manufacturing defect.

(b) This Warranty is non- transferrable and you must present a valid invoice for the product to be eligible to claim under this policy.

Any Alteration or modifications made to the product after purchase are not recomnended and will void the entire warranty.
